This happens as a result of poor internet connection at the store. Attempt the following to make sure you see the customer's order:
- Restart the internet connection or re-connect to another, more stable, Wi-Fi network
- Restart your tablet
- If this does not work, send a speedtest result to Booky Merchant Support using the speedtest app on your tablet homepage. Tap the home button to go to the tablet homepage
NOTE: While the issue is being diagnosed, ask for the missing details from Booky Merchant Support so that you may process the customer's order immediately
