Customers are required to input their table number whenever they use QR ordering. This can be seen on the upper right side of the order when viewed on your tablet. However, for special cases where customers forget to indicate their table number upon placing an order, simple follow the steps below to ensure that your customers receive the correct order:
- If you already know the table number of the guest, you can continue to process the order normally. Accept and Complete the order upon encoding on your POS.
- If unsure, you can either ask the customer if they placed the order or inform Booky support so our team can help in checking.
While waiting for our team to edit the order, you can already start preparing the items as soon as it is confirmed with the customer.
