Before we begin, here are some reminders about cancelling your subscription:
Cancellations will be effective immediately, but your subscription benefits will still remain until right before your next billing date. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
Once the subscription has been cancelled, your monthly membership will no longer auto-renew (depending on your plan type), and you will no longer be charged moving forward.
Should you wish to proceed, please follow these steps:
1. Access your account using the Booky App
2. Tap the Settings icon
3. Tap on Account Details
4. Tap Unsubscribe then confirm
