When signing up or logging in, a one-time 4-digit Booky password will be sent directly to your SMS inbox. If you're not receiving it after several attempts, check if the following conditions apply to you, and follow the suggested steps.
You're in an area with poor cellular connectivity
- Please move to a location with better connectivity and try again.
Your mobile phone’s SMS filter is switched on
For Android phone users
- Check that Booky is not a blocked number.
- Uninstall or disable any blocking app installed on your phone.
For iPhone users.
- Go to Settings and select Messages.
- In Message Filtering, switch off Filter Unknown Senders toggle.
- Check that Booky is not a blocked number.
You're using an invalid / unregistered mobile number
- A valid / registered local mobile number is required to register for a Booky account.
