To ensure you are able to log into the Booky app to claim vouchers, it is important to keep your phone number up-to-date. Also, to continue receiving the latest updates from us, please make sure your email address is always updated.
If you have a new mobile number, email address or surname (congrats!), please email us at prime@booky.ph to get it updated. For faster processing, please be ready with the following details:
- The original mobile number or email address you registered with
- The new details you'd like to use
Keep in mind, each mobile number and email address can only be used once in our system. So, ensure your new details haven't been previously registered. Changes take effect immediately. Once you're done, just refresh the Booky App for your updated info to show up.
