If you are having trouble with receiving orders on your Booky Merchant app, you can check your current connection by doing a speed test, which can be found at the home screen of your tablet. While on the Booky App, press the back button and look for the "Speed test" app.
Keep in mind that the minimum internet speed requirement for the Merchant app to function is 10 Mbps and a ping of 40ms. Otherwise, orders may not reflect on time on your tablet.
