The delivery details of your branches are updated on the brand's CMS. These details are reflected on your Ordering Site so make sure that they are always up to date. Customers, and riders, will be referring to this number should they need to contact the branch regarding online orders. To update the address and map pin of your branch, simply follow the steps below:
- On the left tab, choose Branches
- Look for the branch that you would like to update and select Edit
- Once on the branch page, scroll down until you see Branch Address
Note: The branch address field is connected to a pin on Google Maps so specific address details (floor level, lot number, etc) might not appear here. If unsure of the current branch address, you can double check whether the pin of the branch is correct by copy pasting it to Google Maps and adjusting it accordingly.
