Encountered an error when trying to login to your branch's account on the Booky Merchant app? If you see the message "Store not Found. Please contact Booky Support." upon logging in, simply follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you are inputting the correct username and password for your branch. Use all lowercase letters and no spaces as these are case sensitive. If you are unsure of your login credentials, you can refer to this article.
- If the credentials are correct, reconnect to your Wifi. You can do this by pressing the three dots on the right hand of the screen, choosing wifi connections, and forgetting all saved networks. You can then connect again to your main Wifi.
- Restart your tablet
