What happens if I entered an incorrect username/password on the Merchant App?
- Kindly make sure you are entering all the correct characters. Fields are case-sensitive
- Ask around. Fellow staff members may have the correct username and/or password
- Reach out directly to your supervisor, upper management or brand marketing team to retrieve username or password
- Once you are able to obtain the correct username and password, make sure to write it down and tape it to the back of your tablet for future reference.
