In case you want to contact the rider booked for the delivery, take the following steps before escalation to our support team:
- The number of the rider can be found under their name near the bottom of the DOS Merchant App
- If rider cannot be reached, escalate immediately to Booky Merchant Support about the rider so that our team may do a real-time investigation together with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners
- Press Change Rider only once to request for a new rider
