In case of any non-compliance where rider refuses to enter the mall or go up to the store to pickup the items themselves, tap on Change Rider only once on the DOS Merchant App. This will cancel the current rider and look for another one. Inform Booky Merchant Support about the non-compliant rider for reporting purposes.
