If in case the third party logistics (3PL) rider calls your store and informs you that the pin for your store on their respective 3PL app is wrong, follow these steps to get this resolved ASAP:
- Fill out this form to inform Booky Merchant support of your correct address. Please provide a nearby landmark if needed.
- Inform rider about the original address
NOTE: If rider does not want to pick up the order at your correct address, press Change Rider only once to find a new rider who may deliver your guest's meal
