Can't find a third-party rider for the order? Actions will depend on your store's protocol, but here are your best options to ensure the order gets delivered as quickly as possible:
RETRY BOOKING
- If a rider isn't found on the first go, try again by tapping on 'Retry Booking' only once - pressing the button multiple times will prolong the rider matching
- The system will continually try finding a rider for another 10 minutes
USE OWN RIDER/OWN MEANS OF DELIVERY
- If finding a rider is taking too long, press Use Own Rider. This lets us know that you are finding your own way of delivering the order to your guest
- Once pressed, you are free to either:

- Use your own in-house delivery personnel OR
- Book your own courier service outside of the DOS Merchant App
NOTE: Should you choose the "Use Own Rider" option, make sure to inform Booky Merchant Support so that we may reimburse your merchant account with the customer's paid delivery fee
