When an order comes in and should be delivered via third-party rider/courier, please note that delivery is already paid and you will not have to pay any additional fees to the rider/courier
Your third-party rider/courier may only charge extra fees if they have waited within the store for 30 minutes. The rider is not allowed to request for extra fees if your customer's meal is prepared and handed over to the rider before 30 minutes
