If you failed to update the Item Availability and your customer ordered an unavailable item, or, another branch can better service the order of your customer, you may transfer the order to another branch with the help of Booky Merchant Support. Here's how:
- Find another branch (that must be participating on DOS)
- Communicate and confirm with the branch if they are able cater to the customer
- Inform Booky Merchant Support about the transfer (with the approval of the other branch). You can do so by filling out this formhttps://support.booky.ph/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=10630408041497
- Booky Merchant Support will assist in transferring the order to the other branch's tablet
