Your branch contact number is seen by the customer when they place their order. This is the number indicated on the automatic SMS updates sent to your customer's mobile, which they can use to contact you directly any inquiries on their order. To check the mobile number used for your branch, contact your supervisor or management. If you have access to the CMS, you may view the branch number there.
If your branch has a new number, follow these steps to get this updated:
- Communicate store's new contact number with your management, or whichever personnel manages your CMS dashboard
- Request management to input the new contact number on the dashboard
