Your branch contact number is seen by the customer when they place their order. This is the number indicated on the automatic SMS updates sent to the customer's mobile, which they may use to contact you directly for updates on their order. To check the mobile number used for your branch, contact your supervisor or management. If you have access to the CMS, you may view the branch number there.
If your branch has a new number, follow these steps to get this updated:
- Communicate store's new contact number with your management, or whichever personnel manages your CMS dashboard
- Request management to input the new contact number on the dashboard
NOTE: If you have access to the CMS, you may do this yourself on the Branches page. View your branch, select Edit, then update the number and save.
