In some cases, customers may change their mind and might request some changes to their order. If a customer requests to update their order, we suggest the following steps:
- Get the request from your customer. It would be best to write/type this down to avoid any errors
- Process request on your POS directly. Since the additional request from the customer was placed outside of the DOS platform, you do not need to contact Booky or update the order on the DOS platform
