During peak hours or surges, looking for a third-party logistics (3PL) rider on the DOS Merchant App may take longer than expected
If you wish to use your own in-house delivery service or book your own courier outside of the DOS Merchant app, you may do so by tapping on "Use Own Rider"
When you tap "Use Own Rider," the app will stop looking for a 3PL rider or cancel any ongoing booking so that you are free to deliver through your own means. Once tapped, simply inform Booky Support via email at support@booky.ph or on mobile at 0915 413-9107. Your store will be reimbursed for the delivery fee paid by the customer.
