When declining an order, a pop-up window will appear, asking you for confirmation. If you decline the order accidentally, here are some tips on how to fix the situation:
- Contact the customer and inform them about the mistake
- Assure customer that the payment for the order has been automatically refunded on their end. The refund may take from a few hours to a few days before it gets credited back into their wallet
- Ask the customer to place another order, or take order and payment manually (depending on store protocol)
