When declining an order, a pop-up window will appear, asking you for confirmation. If you decline the order accidentally, here are some tips on how to fix the situation:
- Contact the customer and inform them about the mistake
- If the order has already been paid for, assure customer that the payment for the order has been automatically refunded on their end. Note that while the refund was issued immediately on our end, it may take some time for the amount to be credited back to the original mode of payment, 14 business days max.
- Ask the customer to place another order, or take order and payment manually (depending on store protocol)
