When your internet connection is weak, buttons may load slower, and, in extreme cases, a customer's order will not come up on your merchant app.
To avoid any delays, make it a habit to periodically check on your internet connection, making sure that the connection is always strong. If you are experiencing trouble connecting to your internet, follow these steps to get back on track:
- Press the device's home button to enter the homepage
- Go to 'Wi-Fi Connections' by clicking the 3 dots on the upper right part of the screen
- Hold on each of your saved networks and tap 'Forget Network'
- Connect to your main Wi-Fi network again
If these steps do not work, or, your main Wi-Fi connection at the store is consistently poor, contact your supervisor or management to provide your store with an alternative connection. Close your store status in the meantime to avoid any unwanted orders.
