In case you need to void an accepted order, follow these steps
1. Contact the customer and confirm their request to cancel the order
2. Tap on Void Order on the Merchant App
NOTE: Refunds are automatically issued to the customer when you select the Void option. Refund processing time may be instant, but this will vary depending on the customer's issuing bank. 14 business days max.
