In case you need to reject/decline an order, follow these steps
1. Contact the customer and confirm their request to cancel the order
2. Tap on Decline Order on the Merchant App and choose a reason for declining
3. If a third-party rider was matched to the order before cancellation, contact Booky Merchant Support and request to have the rider cancelled
NOTE: Refunds are automatically issued to the customer when you tap Decline. Refund processing time may be instant, but this will vary depending on the customer's issuing bank. 14 business days max.
