In cases of heavy order traffic at the restaurant, or if an ingredient/item you added to your order ran out, the restaurant may opt to decline your order.
This will automatically trigger a refund and your payment will be sent back to the account used for your chosen payment method. Expect this to be returned to your account momentarily after your order has been cancelled. While refunds are immediately processed on our end, some refunds may take up to 24-48 hours to reflect back in your account depending on your bank or wallet service
