There are two ways to confirm a customers QR Payment: through the customer success screen and through SMS confirmation.
After customers follow the payment flow, they will be redirected to the payment success page. If customers use the "Pay your bill option," they will see a screen similar to the one below. Make sure to double check the reference number, payment amount, and date and time. The main way of validating a QR payment should be to ask the customer to show this screen so you can check all the details.

For transactions paid using the "Pay with Gcash" option, ask the customer to press "Done" on the upper right side of the screen once they get the Gcash transaction receipt. This will direct them to the success page.

Both customer and merchant will also receive an sms for the successful transaction. The SMS will contain the reference number and the amount paid by the customer. Confirmation SMS for successful QR Payments will come from one of three senders: Booky, Notice, or Secure.

Note: SMS Confirmation should only be used as back-up in case the customer exits the payment success screen without being able to show the staff. The success screen should be the main way of validation so always ask the customer to show the screen after the payment.
